Hi, I've recently upgraded and my latest bill is over £200 when is should be under £35. Google Play has charges against it but I've made no purchases, please help

You need to contact Payment Management
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 5302
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Re Google Play charges, you need to contact them

First thing to do is go into Play Store and click your avatar top right and choose Payments and Subscriptions to see what is there.
O2 simply pass on charges so they will not be able to tell you what they are for.
