Hi
I've just upgraded my phone and part of the package was £10 Google play reward. Can anyone confirm how I receive this? My parcel arrived today and says it should have a Google play leaflet in it but it doesn't 😞 Does this mean I'm missing a code to redeem, or does it get credited via my bill? Thanks

@gmarkj I get billed on the 1st of the month but it was only a few days after the chat so it may just be that shows up next month in that case. Cheers

As far as I'm concerned yours was resolved when O2 gave you the 50 quid instead of voucher as it hadn't came through.
It's one thing to then keep a bonus if it comes through after, but to get @Toby to actively chase it up is quite another.

@Toby I spoke to someone a little while ago who said it should be actioned and I should receive the credit within 24hrs. I'm a little wary as I was told the same originally and he didn't specify whether I'll be emailed or if I should check the Priority app, but I'll keep an eye out.

Wow thanks for the hostility guys just wow

I actually got a text saying my voucher was ready and there was nothing there which seems to be the case with a few others

And as for actively asking Toby to chase the issue it was mentioned to Toby in a pm just rounding another issue and he said be would look into it for me
