Hi all
Can anyone help. I have 1 month old S8 and it's started saying it detects moisture when it's been no where near water. I keep trying the USB port and it goes away until I charge it again and then as soon as I unplug the charger it comes back up again. I've checked the USB cable and it's not wet. What's going on? Plus it will no longer fast charge at all can anyone help please?

You need to get back onto o2 and tell them the refurb they sent you is faulty http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi @Mars1 Are you out of the 30 day return (If faulty) https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/our-returns-and-repairs-policy

If so we recommend you contact Samsung directly http://www.samsung.com/uk/info/contactus/

Hope that helps wink

It sounds like it needs to go off for repair,  in  which case use Samsung not o2.

When you say 1 month,if it's less than 30 days contact customer service .

If that's how it arrived to you, get it back asap.
If it's due to you getting the phone wet, you'll probably need to claim on the insurance again, but I thought the S8 was supposed to be waterproof ?
