Can anyone help. I have 1 month old S8 and it's started saying it detects moisture when it's been no where near water. I keep trying the USB port and it goes away until I charge it again and then as soon as I unplug the charger it comes back up again. I've checked the USB cable and it's not wet. What's going on? Plus it will no longer fast charge at all can anyone help please?

Hi @Mars1 Are you out of the 30 day return (If faulty) https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/our-returns-and-repairs-policy
If so we recommend you contact Samsung directly http://www.samsung.com/uk/info/contactus/
Hope that helps

It sounds like it needs to go off for repair, in which case use Samsung not o2.
When you say 1 month,if it's less than 30 days contact customer service .

Hi Cleoriff it's actually a brand new replacement phone I dropped my old one andnthe screen disintegrated. My o2 insurance sent me out a brand new one.
Then you need to contact O2 about it @Mars1 https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

If it's due to you getting the phone wet, you'll probably need to claim on the insurance again, but I thought the S8 was supposed to be waterproof ?

As said, get into customer service pronto, you have a faulty moisture sensor in charging circuit.
