How to retrieve my mobile broad band number. Please help.

I found the mobile number to the device in my car the number is (07928) [removed]. My issue is needing to know how to top up to obtain Wi-Fi in my car.

I’ve tried everything. Going through O2. Tried live chat tried Google website. Still no luck. 😩
