Go to My O2 to redeem your extra. You'll be able to redeem it through the 'Your extras' section under manage your account.

Yes - sadly as stated in earlier post under extras is the option to add this for a £2 reduction in fees. Rather than for FREE.

Me too. Signed up on 22nd, it says it will activate the offer within 48 hours and inform me by email and message... but 48 hours passed and it is Christmas eve now and no message / email. and I checked myO2 no extra Bolt On is added. And can't reach any helpline as they are closed. Very disappointed.

Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
