Why is my free disney+ not covering the cost of disney+
I'm being given a refund of 9.35 but disney+ costs 9.99 so I'm paying 0.64 a month
How does that make it free disney+
Please advise how I get my 0.64 refunded as its otherwise a con?

@Alwaysurfing It covers mine completely, and I have the o2 extra added onto my account.. Have you cancelled a paid plan before taking the extra as in that case you get a pro-rated refund.. You are going to have to contact o2, all the details can be found here Guide: How to find help & contact O2
