Hi, I signed up to O2 yesterday and it said I would get 6 months of Disney but I cant see the free Disney pass on my account... It says i need to pay 5.99 for it....

How do you activate it?

The app may take a couple of days to update as systems are running slow. Keep rebooting your phone.

@Steve2020 O2 came back on the offer in the thread on the original supplier of the offer your showing. They are aware of an issue with the extra not being applied and are working to resolve

I too added Disney+ to my existing sim only to receive the £2 off a month offer, however I had 20% discount bolt on and still do, but it hasn’t been discounted on my bill since adding Disney+. Is there an issue with this
