I have recently just got this contract and it’s been the worse contract 02 have given me. I’ve had problem after problem. I pay monthly but for some reason my airtime plan doesn’t come off with the rest of my direct debit so I end up paying it separately. Can anyone tell me how this has happened? How to fix this problem? It looks like to me whoever set the contract up only set half a direct debit and forgot the airtime plan.
