Hello, I paid £60 deposit for my iPhone contract and was noted that will get it back in 3 months/3 payments. It has been 3 ... howww do I get my deposit back? Every little helps Christmas and all that hahaha. 😌

The 3 months is never explained fully. Customers should be told that it will be applied to their 4th bill when the deposit is taken.

@Alexa

It will appear as a credit and if you wish it to be paid back to your bank account you need to ask them on 202. Otherwise it will remain there and you will have reduced or zero bills until the £60 is used up.
