Refund

I changed to Tesco months ago. I still get a monthly bill with a refund due but they keep just saying it will be passed over to my next month's bill. You try all ways to contact them but can't get a human and the virtual bot just fobs you off. I asked before and was told the refund would happen after a month but no such luck.
