I got £12 of extra charges, demon games which I
don't know when or how I bought? How can I cancel it or what can I do?? Thank you

Sorry to hear that @Dadazed

Also call customer services and get them to Bar all direct to Bill debits on your account and bar calls to premium numbers. This helps. Hope you get this sorted out soon. Best wishes and good luck
