My new contract has 15g of data but my phone is only showing two. The phone has only been live for a day. Does it take a while to change or should it be immediate?

@Trev2386

Check online http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 but should all update in 24 to 48 hours.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Many thanks for the reply. MyO2 shows 15g, so I’ll wait for a while.

If you have a data counter on your phone then you would need to update that yourself - it would not change if/when you change your tariff.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
