My internet data is not working but my calls and texts are? Anyone any idea why this could be happening?
I know I have data because it renewed on 14th

Tbh it's my mother that having the problem she hasnt got the my o2 app and cant download at the minute cause no data. Cant speak to o2 either. It's a nightmare

No I've checked all that. I've checked the mobile settings I've reset the network settings. EE my old provider has been more useful than o2. I've got 70 year ol mother self isolating whom I cant facetime because of this. O2 wont speak to me even though I've pleaded with them to phone her mobile and check her signal but no reply.
