Hi. My contract ended and im still paying. Also I have a late fee eventhough I havent missed a payment. Terrible as no one answers phone calls or chat in the app. I want to know why am I still charged.

Ok but why is it 30 pounds when a simonly for same data and minutes is rougly 15?

Because that was probably what you were paying previously? Your contract doesn't change except that it stays the same until you cancel it or upgrade to one of the sim only tariffs. You aren't on a sim only at the moment

Impossible to upgrade as no one answers. And i was paying 50+ until now. And I have no idea who is going to answer about that late fee o2 decides to apply....

Just upgrade to the cheaper SIM only tariff in your MyO2.

@Georgi You can switch to a sim only contract on your MyO2 page. No need to speak to customer service, which is nearly impossible at the moment anyway.
