No I've checked all that. I've checked the mobile settings I've reset
the network settings. EE my old provider has been more useful than o2.

of this. O2 wont speak to me even thou...
Tbh it's my mother that having the problem she hasnt got the my o2 app
and cant download at the minute cause no data. Cant speak to o2 either.
It's a nightmare
