Just got a new phone and transfers the sim over and when I go to use my data it just doesn’t work, and yes I do have data to use. Would appreciate some help

@Alexander @stacie_20 @Nicks1984 I've checked on my end and got some advice just now, would you please be able to try turning your phone off and on again, or switch over to airplane mode and back off again, and let me know if that helps?

Just had a text saying my tariff change is complete. The mobile data started working after this.

I tried everything but turning airplane mode and i did that and it worked... Thanks lol

Same here. It is annoying since I am paying for it… even if it is a one time technical problem I don’t want this to happen again. I might have to change to another operator.
