Apple Watch Ultra 3

Quick question and I know the knowledgeable folks in this forum will be able to help.

Essentially, a few years back I ordered an Apple Watch from O2 with a data plan inc. It arrived and I set it up but little did I know that it had created an additional data plan contract to the one that I ordered so I ended up paying both.

Question is, when the Ultra arrives tomorrow - how can I setup the data plan without messing it up and costing myself another data plan than the one that comes with the watch from O2.

Cheers

@CorGre

You select to transfer the data plan to new watch when you reset the old one.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

The system should recognize that you have an active plan already then @CorGre

@CorGre

Have just done this with a new iPhone Air and Watch Ultra 3..

The Watch didnt need any intervention from me to setup the data plan, it was done as part of the setup process slight_smile

Like I said, the system should recognise the active plann already.
