Ok my contract has 500mb of data a month. I've just gone on the My O2 app and it says I've got 0mb left which I thought was strange as my data has been off and then when I look at my tarrif it's saying I have unlimited data! I'm so confused, help!

Either way there is obviously a problem or glitch so ringing CS is your only option

Hi. I have just checked my data etc on my phone via the My O2 app and also saw I had no data left ( allowance is 3Gb monthly).
Came online to double-check, and I too now appear to have unlimited data. Must be a system glitch of some sort.

My O2 has been known to glitch like that. You need to take notice of the remaining data.
