Data confusion

Ok my contract has 500mb of data a month. I've just gone on the My O2 app and it says I've got 0mb left which I thought was strange as my data has been off and then when I look at my tarrif it's saying I have unlimited data! I'm so confused, help!

Well my account has unlimited calls and texts and it's doesn't show how much if used, so could be the same with unlimited data.

Hi @melly1991 No contract gives you unlimited data so you are mistaken with that ...sorry,

Either way there is obviously a problem or glitch so ringing CS is your only option

Same here! I've got 1gb data on a sim only contract and is also telling me my data us now unlimited.

O2 have made some changes to data handling like allowing bolt on data to roll over - maybe a glitch related to that?

Hi. I have just checked my data etc on my phone via the My O2 app and also saw I had no data left ( allowance is 3Gb monthly).

 

Came online to double-check, and I too now appear to have unlimited data. Must be a system glitch of some sort.

My O2 has been known to glitch like that. You need to take notice of the remaining data.
