Is anyone else getting this error when trying to download their Bill? I have cleared Cache, used different browsers and even different machines and can't download any of my bills. I was on live chat and was told that if I wanted the bill sent out then I would be charged! All I need is a copy of my Bill emailed to me for my accounts.

still an ongoing problem - currently been on hold for ages with O2 'customer services' (oxymoron). They do not seem to have clue and try to brush me off with rubbish statements like 'try again later'. If they previously had it working ok before why could they not just leave it alone? Every time they try to 'improve' the system it just ends up worse. I suppose by breaking the sysem theselves the geeks keep theselves employed fixing their owm mistakes. I'm still on hold, the cobwebs and the dust is beginning to accumulate on me.

I have the same problem. Tried customer services and they do not have clue as to what is happening. I see many other threads on this subject and this problem seems to be going on for years yet O2 seem totally uninterested in resolving this issue. the best I could get from them is that they will forward by email the past detailed bills to me which will gets round my immediate needs but as to geting around the problem O2 does not seem interested in solving the problem.I get the feeling that the geeks responsible for this in O2 deliberately screw the system up to justufy their employment in having to fix such problems. if it was working fine before why could they not just leave it alone?

We are really sorry guys. We are sure they are doing everything they can to sort things out. Hopefully, it won’t take long.

I too am having the same DASH_ERR04 issue and have been since 5th August. Customer service did not appear to be aware of a general problem in this area.

It might be worth you asking why this error has occurred every year starting in 2013.
