Is anyone else getting this error when trying to download their Bill? I have cleared Cache, used different browsers and even different machines and can't download any of my bills. I was on live chat and was told that if I wanted the bill sent out then I would be charged! All I need is a copy of my Bill emailed to me for my accounts.
Latest update from the community team:
Hi guys,
Happy to confirm that the issue has now been fixed.
Thanks for your help and patience!

From a support case: "We hope this will be sorted soon. If you have any questions about this, please get in touch."
From another source: " we expect to have the issue fixed by the time your next bill is produced. "
My next bill is due in 16 days' time...
Anyone know how to get past this page, it seems to be in the general area of the bills and where they used to be kept: http://mmsi2legacy.o2.co.uk/

Surely the same fix used in 2013, 2014 and 2016 should work again in 2017 ?
Good find @Beenherebefore I'll pass this on!

It's worth bearing in mind that even if the error is the same the cause may be different. Will pass on this info anyway though as it could help if the cause turns out to be the same as previous incidents of this error.

Unfortunately we don't have that info at the moment. It could be that the error is generated when a bill cant be accessed regardless of the cause but that's just speculation on my part.
We'll see how it goes but might take you up on that offer @MI5

At least 4 years....it started in 2013.
If it's any consolation, a Google search reveals that it only affects O2.
