Waiting for call back about complain

Cct-b509357 i have been trying to contact again about complaint, I spoke with customer service people and after 30min, have been disconnected,and again how long do I need to wait for?last time was told 48h (four days ago)

Account in arrears

I received a message to say my account was in arrears to the tune of £71 but have never missed a payment and actually overpaid last month. Anyone else had this issue? Thinking of leaving o2 because it’s impossible to speak to a human being.
