Solved: Credit and refund.

Hi just asking for a bit of info.. CS said they would apply to credit to my account and then issuse a refund but keep getting told different dates everytime i call.

Credits don't usually show until your bill is generated but you can check by following the guide here

If nothing is showing, you'll have to chase it up with customer services.
