Sorry to see you are having problems...

Also, the status pages may not update immediately so do keep checking.
As you have 2 phones that have failed it is likely to be a network issue rather than anything else, so it may also help to turn off your phones, wait 5 mins, then turn them back on again. Whilst turned off you could also take out the sim cards and give them a quick wipe with a dry cloth.....
Hopefully you'll be back up and running in no time at all
