I can not contact 02 on any of there contact services and want to know if any one else has had this problem.

I will let you know what Online Live say, if they ever bother to answer.  Over five hours, and nothing yet.  Maybe it's a national holiday wherever they are? Cheers.

Sorry to see you are having problems...

Please have a read through the help thread posted previously as there is more to it than checking the status pages http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-Go/Self-help-guide-Is-the-network-down-for-me-or-everyone/m-p/593752#M59833

Also, the status pages may not update immediately so do keep checking.

As you have 2 phones that have failed it is likely to be a network issue rather than anything else, so it may also help to turn off your phones, wait 5 mins, then turn them back on again. Whilst turned off you could also take out the sim cards and give them a quick wipe with a dry cloth.....

Hopefully you'll be back up and running in no time at all slight_smile

Nice response from complaints dept, to my email sent 5 mins ago.

*Thanks for your email. We’ll look into things and get back to you as soon as we can. At the moment, that should be within 7 working days*

I'll give that a try with the sim cards, thanks. I have already gone thru the self help guide and status pages, which give the same messages as they did 6 hours ago. Complaints dept via email sent me a link to the online chat adviser, and again... nobody is responding. It's like the Twilight Zone slight_smile

What is happening when you try live chat?
Male sure you haven't got a pop up blocker active just in case that's preventing you from continuing with the chat.....

Thank you I cleared the cache etc, and made sure pop up blocker had 02 in the exceptions. Still no joy.
