Pizza express voucher issued wrong - who to contact please?

Was told by the restaurant (and Pizza express help) that some vouchers were issued wrong - and guess I have one. How do I go about changing it please?

You also need to reach out to Pizza Express, as they are the ones who have issues the codes, and the restaurants have been told that they MUST accept the codes, if they are not then Pizza Express want to know.. so they can reducate them.. 


As they are talking BS, nothing o2 can do about it...

Then Pizza Express as the issuer and promoter need to replace it, so SFA o2 cand do about it... 

As its a clusterf**** by them...  I think I got 2 emails with different codes from Pizza Express (gave the voucher to my in-laws to use with there kids).. 

But bad pizza, bad company, very poor CS and useless staff...

Having worked in Italy, there is no way I would go to Pizza Express slight_smile @jonsie
