Yeah, like I said everyone expects the occasional technical hitch but the ignorant attitude to customers is mind blowing.
I will never use them again, nor will several people I know who all had the same problems. Replicate that across the country and hopefully they will lose a few million customers when contracts are due for renewal! I'm off back to vodafone, at least they kept my connection up without a single break for the 8 years I was with them!

Well seeing that O2 and Vodafone will be sharing the network across the UK, you still technically be in the same boat.

Vodafone network works though!
Theres always tmobile/orange if I get really desperate....
Or to rival o2, I can simply shout out of the window...

I was with tmobile/orange for a couple of years and had no problems - I certainly didn't feel like I needed to check I could dial out on my phone every few hours to see it it worked!
