That was pretty much o2's customer 'services' response - makes you feel like they really want your custom doesn't it!

Yeah, like I said everyone expects the occasional technical hitch but the ignorant attitude to customers is mind blowing.

I will never use them again, nor will several people I know who all had the same problems. Replicate that across the country and hopefully they will lose a few million customers when contracts are due for renewal! I'm off back to vodafone, at least they kept my connection up without a single break for the 8 years I was with them!

Well seeing that O2 and Vodafone will be sharing the network across the UK, you still technically be in the same boat.

That's what I do most of the time when using my Orange SIM wink
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I was with tmobile/orange for a couple of years and had no problems - I certainly didn't feel like I needed to check I could dial out on my phone every few hours to see it it worked!

I think you've become overly paranoid over this:(

You'll be much better off moving carrier for your own sanity:)
