I have not been able to make calls since the 21st of February, been in contact with o2 multiple times and everytime I’m told that a phone mast isn’t working and engineers are working to solve the issue. I was offered ‘compensation’ in the form of £40 credited to my account. This isn’t even compensation if I still have to pay for a service I’m not being provided. I’ve been a loyal o2 customer for a long time now, i’m not happy and I’m thinking about ending my contract if this doesn’t come to a fair resolution.
