Contact details for Technifun are here. They have a poor reputation with other networks as well
https://www.technifun.com/tf.php
Contact them, ask to be unsubscribed and a refund of money taken from your account.
You can also get in touch with O2 customer services https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus and ask for the following 2 bars to be applied to your account. It will stop this sort of thing happening again.
- Bar all Direct to Bill Debits
- Premium Bar (calls to premium numbers, 090, 070 etc.)
