Changing auto top up amount

I have been looking for two days now to try and change my monthly amount, can anyone point me to the right place.

Calling 4445 is probably the easiest way.

Hi there @Anonymous

 

You have to do it Online as customer services cannot make any changes on the O2 auto top-up

You need to go back to my O2 and find "Regular Top up" and then edit the amount.

I’m trying to change my auto top up amount each month but the app doesn’t appear to let me do this? Logging on online let’s me create a top up, but not change amount of an existing top up. Does anyone know how I do this?
