Hi, I am unable to understand my current bill.  My tariff and Disney+ comes to just over £12, my current bill is just over £18, I am sorry but I don't understand how this amount has been calculated I know the price of Disney is changing. Would it be possible please to give me a breakdown of my charges so I can understand my bill.  Could you also please tell me what the monthly charge will be in the future for my tariff plus disney. I apologise if I am causing anyone any extra work. I must tell you I am completely satisfied with with the service I get from O2 and would not think of making any changes to my account.
