been trying for a few weeks now. just updated my firmware on my iphone to 3.1.3. been using orange on my iphone but now seen the textandweb tariff from o2 which would suit me as its 300 free text and ulimited internet.

thing is when i ring 20220 to change it says they will text tme in a few days. but i get a text saying cant be done at this time. and when i try and change it via my O2 and i click switch button the website crashes while trying to laod the bolt ons page. help? thanks

If you are using an Orange SIM, you will need to get an O2 SIM before you change to an O2 tariff.
