I had heard good things about o2 and thus moved my number to this . However I have been having difficulties in making basic changes like change of number earlier and now to register the work email I’d . Truly disappointing .

@Martin-O2@EmilieTis there any chance you could help @shreyashid with registering their email?

CS say they can't assist?

@shreyashid are you trying to claim your discount within the first 28 days of starting your contract?

If so, you can alternatively register with your payslip:

Step 2 – Verify your registration
When you register, we need to confirm that you work for
the company or organisation, so you will need to give us a
valid work email address. We will send a validation link to
this email and you will need to click this link to complete
validation. Alternatively you can give us your National
Insurance number and upload a recent copy of your payslip.
We will check these details and send you an email to your
personal email address to let you know that you’ve been
validated successfully. This will take up to three days.

I am registering wothin28 days. I have used my office email I’d but it says that the email I am using for tonnes of emails everyday is ‘invalid’ . I have my payslip but it is not accepting it as I am still awaiting receipt of my national insurance number .

Have you checked your company is eligible for the discount scheme and entered the correct code?

You can text OPEN followed by the company name to 61202 and it will confirm your eligibility and the O2 Open code to use.
