got a new phone today I cannot call out or receive calls but all my Internet is working any ideas

Sounds like it's eing changed to the new sim

Try rebooting the phone

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
