Cancelling auto top up

I have built up loads of credit on my PAYG account and now want to stop auto top ups. Despite the online info saying it can be cancelled at any time I just can't find how to go about it. Does anyone know???

Can I please ask a question on this.

If the OP cancels auto top up (as they are in credit) would they lose any inclusive minutes texts or data by not actually topping up (assuming they get any)???

Hi Nick

As payg allowances do not roll over into a new month then yes any texts,minutes and data would expire on the anniversary date.

A built up credit bank will then continue to pay for the bundles on their anniversary date.

Is that what you mean ?

I believe the question to be that if a customer has to top up £10/15 a month (Big Bundle for example) to get allowances, would the credit on the phone be used to pay on the anniversary date or does the customer have to physically top up to renew allowances.

Ok.

Then Yes the Credit On the Payg Account is used on the anniversary date and the allowances are refreshed.

Hi @Anonymous 

To stop your auto Top-Up and delete your details go to www.o2.co.uk/myo2. Then go to auto Top-Up and delete/cancel your auto Top-Up and details.
