I believe the question to be that if a customer has to top up £10/15 a month (Big Bundle for example) to get allowances, would the credit on the phone be used to pay on the anniversary date or does the customer have to physically top up to renew allowances.

To stop your auto Top-Up and delete your details go to www.o2.co.uk/myo2. Then go to auto Top-Up and delete/cancel your auto Top-Up and details.
