Could you please advise what to do on text, I've requested a PAC code and have received a text with my final balance, does this mean if I go to a new provider my contract will automatically cancel if I transfer to a new provider thanks

@Carol1971

Your O2 contract will cancel when you port your number to another network.

Your final O2 bill will be generated and will include the cancellation fees from the text you received.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You could try with Skype if you have it

You could try Skype on 0800 032 1402 if the usual numbers are busy
