I'm wanting to cancel my contract early however I can't do this on my account online and can't get through to customer services

Could you please advise what to do on text, I've requested a PAC code and have received a text with my final balance, does this mean if I go to a new provider my contract will automatically cancel if I transfer to a new provider thanks
