Hi @Karel you need to contact customer service to cancel. You cannot do it online. Please read this guide

If moving networks and wish to keep your number you will need a PAC https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-Pay-and-Go/How-to-get-your-PAC-2017-Update/ba-p/1052278

and always a good idea to unlock your phone before leaving as it's free to do so https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-and-Services/Unlocking-an-O2-phone-to-use-a-different-S...

Smiley Very Happy

Hey @Karel, please do let us know if you managed to contact CS to cancel or if you get stuck.

May I ask if there's any specific reasons that you wish to cancel? Please do feel free to post your feedback here and we can pass it along, if you feel there's anything O2 could do to improve. slight_smile

Cheers guys for your advice @MI5 and @Anonymous. thumbsup

As said already, this is not o2 customer services and you cannot cancel online.

You need to call 202 from your o2 phone and talk to customer services.

If your English is not good enough, ask your friend to call with you, but you will need to give the answers to your security questions and give permission for them to speak on your behalf.

All we can suggest is that you list all that you have been told in a complaint https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to help as we don't have any access to your account on the forum.
Best of luck in sorting this out.
