May I ask if there's any specific reasons that you wish to cancel? Please do feel free to post your feedback here and we can pass it along, if you feel there's anything O2 could do to improve.

As said already, this is not o2 customer services and you cannot cancel online.
You need to call 202 from your o2 phone and talk to customer services.
If your English is not good enough, ask your friend to call with you, but you will need to give the answers to your security questions and give permission for them to speak on your behalf.
