I am trying to set up a spend cap on my mobile boardband that I got from a o2 store today and when I click on set up a spending to loads to my 02 mobile account page when I know that I already have spend setup on my mobile phone so dose anyone know why it's not letting me setup a spend cap on my 02 mobile boardband?

You'll need to setup a new MyO2 for the new sim.
It will need a different email address.
