Hi I have been unable to find a suitable upgrade from your website but have found one on another site (still with O2 - affordable mobiles), I have to pay a balance of £1.94 off in order to move over. Please let me know how I do this

I have just signed up to start a contract with 02 but I need PAC code so i can keep my number i have now, we have asked my provider to switch but we can't get any further forward a code has not been send, can someone please let me know the next steps...
