Hi All
I can we cancel my Daughters SIM Only account?
We cant get thru to 02 and cant see anything on My 02 Account.
We have recently upgraded her to a new Pay Monthly Account with a new number.

If you want to keep the number from the sim only account you'll need to speak to customer service and ask them to migrate the number, but that won't be easy under the current circumstances. Best time to call customer service is 8-8.30 am.
