I can log in to my account but when I try to enter the 'Upgrade' section the following always happens.
I get the usual request to enter my mobile number. The six-figure code is generated and sent to me by text but when I enter the code, I always get the following message -
'Max Limit reached for identities to have the same contact number'
Anyone any idea what id going on and how to resolve the issue completely? I had a Livechat a couple of weeks ago about it and thought that O2 had sorted it but I went to log in tonight and hit the same issue again.

Daddogus here.
Don't know what I did but I managed to do something that sorted it. Whatever it was, it meant that I lost the username Daddogus.

Sounds like you've sorted it, well done!
The call to 202 can be a bit of an interactive voice recognition trial, I'd recommend chatting to eaither @O2 on Twitter or the O2 presence on Facebook, they usually respond fairly quickly with a link to talk to them directly via a web-chat system, @Angus63

Glad you got this sorted @Angus63! And if you were fond of the Daddogus username drop me a PM and I can change it over for you
