Hi is anyone else getting charged more in their bill and how are u getting it resolved if any ive been trying to ring but keep getting cut off and no where I can speak to anyone on here don't understand why they have charged me double than normal and charging me again next month

You can look into your bills via the My O2 app to understand why you have been charged extra. Guide: My O2 - Bills section You can also contact the payment management team. 

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Yes when I top up my daughter's pay as you go sim money disappearing then having to top up double amount.
