Bill payment and reconnectiom

Hi i have recently gone through a take over at my work place and have been unable to pay my bill because of this and me been paid short i am usually pretty good with paying on time but on this occasion i can not pay it untill the 9th of sept and today ive had a text telling me i will be getting disconnected

Before anyone asks i cant get a over draft i cant lend money etc all i have is 60 quid to last me till i get paid
What do i do?

Did you upgrade or change your tariff at any point?
Either way you need to resolve it through the correct channels, no matter how difficult it may prove to be.

Sounds a mess. Normally you put a bill into dispute whilst paying the normal tariff and its investigated without the phone being cut off. Going back years is going to take time to sort out. I would implore everyone to check every bill as soon as the email is reveivedvthat its ready to view.

OK o2 may well be at fault but somebof the responsibility is down to yourself I'm sorry to day.
