Sounds a mess. Normally you put a bill into dispute whilst paying the normal tariff and its investigated without the phone being cut off. Going back years is going to take time to sort out. I would implore everyone to check every bill as soon as the email is reveivedvthat its ready to view.
OK o2 may well be at fault but somebof the responsibility is down to yourself I'm sorry to day.
