You could ask for a refund or just leave it to pay next months bill.

It means exactly whats been posted above. You are in credit by £49. A minus sign on your bill means credit.

(I know that seems back to front but that's how it works on O2) wink

Not sure my bill date was the 15th but I payed it manually on the 14th as the 15th was a Saturday

I a direct debit was set up when you opened your account then you have paid twice. Any manual payment needs to be 6 w/days before the payment due date.
