Solved: Lack of transparency

There is an unexplained charged on this months bill of £4.50 for "Things I have bought". As a relatively new customer expecting a monthly charge of £25, I can see no reason for this extra charge when I have NOT bought ANYTHING. This troubles me and I'm seeking some clarity. Can anyone help please??

If it is a premium rate charge call customer services to get premium bars and charge to mobile bars on your account to prevent re-occurrence.
